Pamela CatherineMEREDITHsadly passed away at Royal Stoke University Hospital on the 26th June aged 89 years. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. A service to celebrate her life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd July at 10am. Family flowers only please with any kind donations in lieu to be shared between the British Heart Foundation and Diabetes UK.
